Petronellá Luxe wants you to feel confident in your purchase. Therefore, if you are unhappy with your order and would like to return your items to receive Petronellá Luxe Credit please send your item(s) back to our Distribution Center in accordance with the following.
- All returns are refunded with store credit in the form of Petronella Luxe Credit.
- Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
- Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are non-returnable.
- Beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are non-returnable.
- Petronella Luxe reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee for Final Sale or stale items.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received at our Distribution Center.
- Petronella Luxe does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. (Note: If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue store credit. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.)
- Return packages must include a completed return request form and original packing slip to ensure processing. (Note: If the return request form is not filled out correctly, your return may experience delays in processing. You may use the return request form included in your original packaging or download and print this form.)
- Return drop-offs are not accepted at our Distribution Center or corporate office.
Hey Boss Babes, to ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
Shipping and Processing
We offer Domestic and International Shipments. Domestic shipments is a flat rate of $7.00. International shipments varies depending on location, therefore a shipment calculator will be placed below to determine your freight cost. Domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with an expected delivery of three to five business days after. International orders will take 1-2 business days to process, with an expected delivery date of 7- 10 business days after. For same day processing on ready to ship items, orders must be placed before 1pm EST. All orders are subject to a processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment.
